Actually, you won't learn how to write or speak Hebrew here, but you will learn all about this very fascinating language - it is not only fascinating,
it is God's Pure Language.
In the late 19th Century, Eliezer Ben-Yehudah moved
to the land that would later be again called Israel.
It was his dream to restore Hebrew as this tiny nation's state language.
In 1922, from one Hebrew-speaking household,
Eliezer lived to see Hebrew become the language of the courts,
the theatre, business and society in the Land he stubbornly called Israel
(it did not become a nation again until 1948.)
"For then I shall move the people to a pure language,
for all to call upon the name of the Lord, to serve Him with one consent."
Zephaniah 3:9
One New Man Bible
(Hebrew is a pure language in that it is God's Holy Language,
but it also has no curse words)

Our Featured Subject for May: One New Man
So who is this One New Man? Perhaps some of you have heard of him, perhaps not. Let's take a look at Ephesians Chapter Two:
"Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh - who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands - that at that time you were without Messiah, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
But now in Messiah Yeshua you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Messiah. For He Himself is our peace, who made both one, and the middle wall of the fence broke down, the enmity in His flesh, the law of commandments in decrees having annulled, that the two He might create in Himself into one new man, making peace; and might reconcile both in one body to God through the cross, having slain the enmity by it; and having come, He announced the glad tidings - peace to you who were afar off and to those near. For through Him we have access both by one Spirit to the Father." Ephesians 2:11-18 Interlinear Greek-English New Testament
Some use these Scriptures to explain that Yeshua abolished the law - but that is not what Paul is saying here at all! He is speaking of the flesh - it is in the flesh that Paul is speaking of. The One New Man is Jew and Gentile reconciled to Yeshua haMashiach! Jew and Gentile are one in Him!

A very misunderstood concept - Grace.
So we plan to clarify this most amazing gift from God - in one of our studies (see link below).
But to give you a very simple equation for you to ponder in the meantime:
Grace is the Hebrew word Chen
and means
"fence of protection"
Yeshua did not replace Torah, He made it whole!
Torah points to Yeshua!
You can find God's grace throughout the First Covenant (Old Testament) - His Grace has always been.
Yeshua and Torah go hand in hand - you cannot have One without the other!
It is pure ignorance to deny the Torah - which is a Hebrew word meaning "teachings." It never meant "law" - Yeshua is God's Word, literally! He is the Torah!

Sadly, most of the true ways of the Lord were also abandoned as Gentiles took over leading the congregations in this break-up of the brotherhood - Gentiles who did not understand the Jewish Scriptures. Tradition has seeped in on both sides - Jew and Gentile - to corrupt the purity of the eternal message.
Many true believers, both Jew and Gentile, are being raised up in these days of restoration, and I pray that you will meditate on what you find here in the Bible Studies and permit the Ruach haKodesh (the Holy Spirit), to speak to you regarding the truth of these matters as well as your role in the work of the Kingdom in these amazing times.
Jewish roots have stirred a passion to illuminate the scriptural identities of both "Peoples of the Book" - grafted-in adopted Jews, and Jews by blood. I believe that many faithful followers of Yeshua have little biblical understanding of the relationship, roles and divine assignments of these two groups. In these historic times, it is more important than ever to understand the actual mission of the Body as stated by our one true shepherd, Yeshua haMashiach (Jesus the Messiah). Enjoy your exploring around this site!
